This is a personal portfolio site. It does not track visitors, set cookies, or run any analytics. The limited data that is nevertheless processed for technical reasons is described below.

Data processed
Server access logs: IP address, browser and operating system details, request time and the requested path. These are recorded automatically by the hosting provider.
Contact data: the name, contact details and message content you send when you reach out over email, LinkedIn or Telegram.
Purpose and legal basis
Access logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest — to keep the site available and secure and to detect abuse. Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) this corresponds to Article 5/2-f; under the GDPR, to Article 6(1)(f).
Contact data is processed solely to respond to the request you initiated.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies. No third-party analytics or advertising scripts are loaded, including Google Analytics. No images or fonts are fetched from third-party servers; fonts are served from this site.
Transfers
The site is published through a hosting provider whose servers may be located outside your country, and access logs may be held there. No other data is shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing.
Retention
Access logs are kept for the technical period set by the hosting provider. Correspondence is kept for as long as the request requires and deleted afterwards.
Your rights
Under KVKK Article 11 and, where it applies, the GDPR, you may ask whether your personal data is being processed, request a copy, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to processing, and request restriction or portability.
